Hello my name is Vickie Christian. I am a self taught lampwork artist and jewellery designer. Here you will find a selection of hand made lampwork beads made by myself in my kitchen studio in the West Midlands in the UK.
I started lampworking when I visited flame off 2009 in Towcester and was instantly hooked. It took a lot of practice at home learning different techniques, I am still learning now.
I use mainly my own lampwork beads in my own jewellery so that I can create a one of a kind pieces of jewellery. All beads are annealed in my kiln for durability
Even though the beads are annealed please be aware that the beads are made of glass and can shatter or break at anytime especially if not looked after properly.
